35 Dates Blog

In September of 2011, out of yet another bad relationship and about to turn 35, I decided to go on 35 dates in 35 consecutive days.  The point was not to find love (although I was open to that potential).  Rather, it was to get out of my comfort zone!

I sent an e-mail to my friends informing them of my “project” and, in turn, they forwarded it to their friends who forwarded it to their friends until, quite suddenly, I had 35 consecutive dates scheduled!

My rules?
1.  I did not filter the dates; and
2.  I let them pick the activity.

I knew nothing about them other than their name and, usually, an e-mail address (and how they found out about my project.)  I didn’t know their race, their age, their profession – nothing.

The point was to meet people who I would not normally meet and do things/go places I’d never do/go!  IT CHANGED MY WORLD – and that change is documented in my blog.

The 35 dates blog will be revamped shortly to be easier to sort through, read, etc. so watch for that.

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN YOUR OWN “35 DATES PROJECT” (OR SOMETHING SIMILAR?!)
E-mail me and let me know!  I’d love to work with you to help YOU get out of your comfort zone!
